Warehouse Robotics Revenue's to grow by over $51bn by 2030
Global tech market advisory firm ABI Research has predicted the compound annual growth rate of commercial robot revenue in warehouses is expected to grow by a compound annual growth rate of over 23% from 2021 to 2030. In financial terms this equates to 51 billion. A combination of labour shortages and intense, increased demand on the supply chain has led warehouse customers to seek new AGV's and AGR's among other automation products and services that are becoming more and more sophisticated. Robotics is fast becoming a core make up of the warehouse with both vendors and integrator's developing a more mature software ecosystem enabling an ever increasing number of functions and improved reliability. Organisations have been reaping the benefits of enhanced key performance metrics such as shorter dock-to-stock cycles and improved inventory accuracy thanks to successful deployment of various automation and vision-based solutions in their day-to-day operation.
