In November, we took on the challenge of 100 Press Ups a Day for Headway Charity and managed to raise £280!
Headway are a local and independent charity providing adults affected by acquired brain injury support across Worcestershire. They offer specialist support, information and services to brain injury survivors, their families and carers, as well as to professionals in the health and legal fields. We really enjoyed taking part in this and raising money for a local charity, we have linked some videos about Headway, and what the money we raised will be going towards.
